Cobelty is a startup engaged in strategic intelligence for the digital technologies of tomorrow: 6G, AI, cybersecurity, quantum computing. These enabling technologies should not be considered in isolated terms: it is in their combination and their often complex intersections that they together form the foundation of tomorrow’s digital world. These dynamics are reflected in the increasing complexity of the infrastructures that will need to be designed, secured, and operated in an integrated manner. They also exacerbate the challenges of interoperability, standardization, open source development, and intellectual property, which are becoming more than ever an essential facet of tomorrow’s digital world.

The development of these technologies is accompanied by multiple asymmetries, whether related to investment capacity, human resources, infrastructure, or market access. These asymmetries are largely the result of the dominant position of certain players who have a decisive advantage in defining standards, controlling platforms, intellectual property portfolios, guiding innovation models, and influencing open source development dynamics.

These dynamics are part of multiple power struggles between micro and macro logic, the promotion of local content, and the assertion of global hegemony. They directly challenge the dimensions of governance, sovereignty, and international cooperation that determine how these technologies are developed and will be used. In this context, economic intelligence is essential for anticipating dependencies, addressing information asymmetries, and proposing solutions to reduce their effects, providing insight to guide strategic choices.

Cobelty is a hands-on player that is fully committed to this approach. Our value proposition aims to reduce information asymmetries. Our approach is pragmatic and action-oriented, helping to secure every investment decision.

Our business model is based on a two-tiered, complementary offering: expert services (Cobelty Strategic Intelligence, Cobelty Academy and Cobelty Labs) and an expert product (codename « D »), which will be launched later in 2026.

This job offer concerns the development of this product, for which an important beta testing phase will soon be implemented. The aim is to transform an existing prototype of intelligent agents into a robust product that can be used by our customers, to work on fine-tuning the Cobelty LLM models, integrating them via HuggingFace and LangChain, and setting up a scalable agent architecture.

Your missions

• Improve and industrialize the existing prototype into a product solution.
• Ensure the definition of a scalable, testable, and maintainable AI agent architecture.
• Contribute to the fine-tuning and evaluation of Cobelty’s LLM models (HuggingFace).
• Collaborate with customers to clarify needs and adjust solutions
• Test new approaches and transform ideas into concrete features
• Prepare the ground for a future technical team (processes, best practices, documentation)

Technical skills required

• Strong command of Python, good knowledge of Pytorch
• Fundamental knowledge of machine learning and NLP (transformers, embeddings)
• Experience with vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, FAISS)
• Initial experience with HuggingFace
• Good command of deployment dimensions (APIs, Docker)
• Interest in frameworks such as LangChain and agent orchestration
• Enjoy working with customers and transforming needs into solutions
