Cobelty x Le Poool – French Tech Rennes St-Malo
February 27, 2026

We are experiencing unprecedented technological acceleration and geostrategic complexity. This systemic change is taking place in an environment shaped by complex, uncertain, ambiguous, and volatile dynamics that are profoundly transforming the interactions between technologies, uses, and society. These developments challenge our technological approaches, call into question traditional horizontal and vertical logic, and encourage unprecedented crossovers between disciplines and sectors. They are thus redefining the very frameworks and conditions of technological innovation and technology transfer. The challenge is no longer just to innovate. It is to fully integrate the ecosystemic nature of innovation: collection, structuring, and exploitation of information; strategic intelligence, foresight, and projection; integrated risk management and decision support; knowledge development and capitalization; establishment of agile and scalable collaborations; adjacent innovation, etc.
Since August 2025, we have been supporting startups, SMEs, laboratories, and technology transfer offices in meeting these challenges in terms of technological standardization: structuring fragmented information for better understanding, mobilizing rare skills, articulating time-to-market and time-to-standard, managing intellectual property (patents and open source), and navigating an increasingly complex regulatory framework.
These actions guide the development of the collaborative SaaS platform called DreamLand, which combines knowledge management, strategic intelligence, and decision support. The goal: to reduce information asymmetries, facilitate prioritization and decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and support inclusive approaches. The start of 2026 has greatly encouraged us in our ambition, and we need to accelerate.
We are joining the Le Poool community and French Tech Rennes St-Malo to support us in this strategic phase: moving out of garage mode and accelerating to industrialize the product, structure and prepare its rollout.
